ForEyes.com will manufacture optical lenses for your own frame with any current prescription or based off of your old lenses as read by a lensometer.  

Optional add-ons such as anti-reflective coatings, Transitions, and tinted lenses carry an additional cost:

• Anti-reflective coating - $50
• Transitions - $75
• Tinting - $25

ForEyes.com cannot be responsible for any frame breakage during the manufacturing process and will return frame with broken parts back to customer with full refund of costs incurred on this site and 10% discount toward any frame purchased from an outside optical retailer or dispensary to be used for the next purchase of lenses from ForEyes.com.

ForEyes.com reserves the right to refuse to manufacture lenses for an optical frame deemed to be too fragile or has excessive wear and tear. In exchange, ForEyes.com will return the frame back to the customer with a 10% discount toward any frame purchased from an outside optical retailer or dispensary to be used for the next purchase of lenses from ForEyes.com.

ForEyes.com will pay all shipping and handling fees through FedEx for sending and receiving optical frames and lenses. 

ForEyes.com does NOT manufacture polarized sunglasses due to base curve restrictions or manufacture any optical lenses for frames with a high base curve of 6 or more.
