Welcome

Have you walked into an optical store right after your eye exam with your new prescription only to be shocked by the prices of new frames and lenses?  Have you ever been informed by the optician that you need new optical frames when you felt there was nothing wrong with your old ones?  And have you ever wondered why you were coerced into buying a new frame and lenses when your prescription hardly changed?

There is an alternative!

ForEyes.com wants you to keep your old frame, especially if there is very little wrong with them except needing a new prescription.  You can now have new leneses made for your current frame or get new lenses made with the same prescription that is currently on your lenses - something optical shops will never tell you.

Here's how ForEyes.com works:

  1. You select what type of lenses you'd like to have, be it single vision (for distant or near vision), lined bi-focal (to see far away and up close with a line separating the two), or no-line progressive (to see far, intermittent, and up close with no line).
  2. Send in your old frame (we pay for shipping and handling through FedEx) with a copy of your new prescription or if you want the same prescription as your old lenses, we'll read the prescription off your current lenses and make new ones based on that reading.
  3. We then ship your frame with your new lenses back to you with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee and if we can't make new lenses for your old frames due to too much wear and tear of your old frame, we'll send back your old frame and lenses to you with a 10% discount toward your next purchase of any frame at any optical shop of your choice. This way, you can send the new frame to us and we'll make your new lenses.*

* 10% discount applies when you send in the receipt of your new frame cost from any optical retail store or optical dispensary.
